Terms of use

Effective September 14, 2026. Paw Around Town is owned and operated by Five Six Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms describe use of this directory. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Independent directory

We publish information to help people discover pet-service businesses. We do not provide grooming, veterinary care, transportation, insurance or emergency services. Booking, payment, cancellation and service disputes are handled directly between you and the provider under that provider’s terms.

Check before you book

Listings may be created from public business sources without the business signing up. Inclusion is not endorsement, ownership verification or a guarantee of quality. Confirm current prices, coverage, availability, credentials, insurance and suitability directly with the provider. The directory is not exhaustive, and information can change.

Submissions and business claims

Submit accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate a business, submit sensitive information, infringe another person’s rights or upload unlawful material. By submitting business content for publication, you allow Five Six Ventures LLC to review, edit and display that content to operate the directory. Contact emails submitted privately are not published as part of this permission. Ownership requests require review and do not automatically change a listing.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, send spam or use its forms to harass others. Business names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify listed services.

Business accounts and ownership

Keep your account secure and use an email address you control. Only authorized representatives may claim a profile. We require independent ownership review and may decline or investigate conflicting claims. Verification grants profile-management access; it is not a certification of service quality. Listing submissions and changes require approval. Do not place passwords or sensitive personal documents in a request.

Advertising and payment

Approved businesses may request a sponsored placement. A written quote in the dashboard states the placement, total price in USD and duration before checkout. Checkout is available only when payment processing is connected. Quotes expire after seven days. Payment is one-time, with no automatic renewal, and the placement term begins when successful payment is confirmed. Multiple sponsors may share the section; no exclusive position, impression volume, clicks, leads or search rankings are promised. Sponsored placements are labeled and payment never buys a positive review or endorsement.

You may cancel an unpaid request by contacting us. After display begins, completed display time is not refundable except where required by law. If we fail to provide the purchased display time, contact us for a proportionate refund or agreed replacement time. We may remove misleading, unlawful or rights-infringing ads and will review any refund request based on the circumstances and applicable law. Pausing an ad does not itself issue a refund. Payment is handled through Stripe; we do not receive full card details. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Five Six Ventures LLC does not control independent providers and is not responsible for their services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a new effective date. Material changes to a paid service, if offered, will be addressed under that service’s agreement. Contact info@pawaroundtown.com with questions or concerns.
